Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
- Service refers to the Systematic Jiu Jitsu Mobile App or Website.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service
- Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
- Website refers to Systematic Jiu Jitsu, accessible from https://www.systematicjj.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Termination

Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Welcome to the Bigwig Media Privacy Policy which describes the way in which Bigwig Media, the owner of the systematicjj.com website and Systematic Jiu Jitsu mobile app, collects and uses personal information when you use our products, services and websites.
What Personal Information We Collect

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as providing the services and fulfilling the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements, after which the information will be deleted or de-identified. In order to effectively operate our services and also provide optimal customer experience we share personal information with the following partners.
Service Providers
We may disclose relevant information about our customers to our service providers in order for them to provide specific services for Bigwig Media. For example, Bigwig Media shares personal information with third-party payment processors for billing purposes and processes some of your personal information using third-party data center service providers such as AWS. Bigwig Media service providers are bound to keep all personal information they process confidential.
Analytics Providers
We also use third-party analytics providers such as Game Analytics and Google Analytics to help us compile aggregated statistics about the effectiveness of our games and websites. Analytics providers set or read their own cookies, or other identifiers on your device, and transmit events through which they can collect information about your use of our websites or games and those of other companies.
Advertising Providers
We obtain services from third-party advertising companies to help ensure the advertisements about goods and services you see are likely to be of greater interest to you. These services currently include Google’s Admob, and also Unity, AdColony, Tapjoy and Facebook advertising platforms. Please note that you may opt out from any of these advertising providers by contacting us. In addition, certain partners such as Google and Facebook permit users to directly use their privacy settings to manage personal information and ad preferences.
The advertising companies we work with may also use third-party cookies and/or web beacons to collect a unique ID number in combination with information such as click stream information, browser type, time, date, and subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over during your visits to this and other websites.
